A game, step by step
- The question appears for everyone at the same time.
- Everyone types their answers, with no penalty for a miss. Accents, capital letters and articles are ignored.
- The first to get it scores 1 point, then the answer is shown before the next question.
- The game stops at 7 points or after 10 questions by default. The highest score wins.

How many players do I need for Culture Shot?
You need at least 2 players to start a game. The table seats up to 8 players, and the host sets its size.
Do I need an account to play?
No. You can join a table and play without creating an account or installing anything, straight from your browser.
How long does a game take?
At most 5 minutes with the default settings (10 questions of 25 seconds, plus 5 seconds to reveal the answer), less if someone reaches 7 points first.
How do my friends join my table?
You create a table, then share the link or the room code. Your friends open the link, or enter the code on the FerrGames home page, and land at your table.
