This English translation is provided for convenience. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Definitions
- "FerrGames": the multiplayer party-games service edited by Bryan Ferrando — Entrepreneur individuel (FerrLabs), SIREN 104 243 951, accessible at ferrgames.com and app.ferrgames.com.
- "Customer": any natural person of legal age (or minor authorised by their legal representative under the conditions in section 3) using FerrGames or subscribing to a paid offer.
- "Service": the website, the application, the multiplayer game sessions, the cosmetic shop and the related features.
- "Subscription": any paid offer subscribed by the Customer (when the paid tier launches; not yet active).
2. Acceptance
Use of the Service implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them prior to any use or subscription.
3. Eligibility and minors
The Service is intended for users aged 13 or older. Users under 16 must obtain the prior consent of their legal representative before creating an account, in accordance with article 8 of the GDPR.
4. Service description
FerrGames provides:
- A catalogue of multiplayer party games playable in the browser.
- Anonymous guest sessions and registered accounts.
- A cosmetic shop using an in-game virtual currency (nuggets).
- Future paid subscription tiers (not yet active).
5. Account
The Customer may use the Service as a guest (no account) or by registering an account with a valid email and a password (8 characters minimum). The Customer is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
The Customer may delete their account at any time from /profil. Deletion is final
and erases all data attached to the account, subject to the legal retention periods (in
particular, financial transaction data kept for 10 years).
6. Pricing and payment
The free tier of the Service is, and remains, free. Paid offers, when launched, are listed on ferrgames.com/pricing. Payments will be processed exclusively through Stripe Inc. (United States, Data Privacy Framework certified). FerrLabs stores no card data.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
Pursuant to article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, a Customer who is a consumer has a fourteen (14) day period from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision and without bearing any costs.
Waiver for immediate execution: pursuant to article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may waive their right of withdrawal in order to obtain immediate access to the digital content ordered. This waiver is materialised by a distinct checkbox at subscription, accompanied by the wording "I request the immediate execution of the Service and acknowledge that, in doing so, I lose my right of withdrawal."
Without ticking this box, execution of the Service is deferred until the 14th day after subscription, or until the Customer expressly exercises their right of withdrawal.
8. Consumer mediation
Pursuant to article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer Customer may, in case of a dispute that has not been resolved amicably, refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.

9. Player conduct
The Customer undertakes to respect the common rules of multiplayer sessions:
- No hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or defamatory remarks in chat or in nicknames.
- No cheating, exploitation of bugs, bots or automated scripts.
- No impersonation of another player or administrator.
In case of breach, FerrLabs reserves the right to ban the account or the session, temporarily or permanently, without notice or refund.
10. Nuggets — virtual currency
Nuggets are an internal virtual currency. They may only be used to purchase cosmetic items (avatars, badges, card backs, themes) which confer no gameplay advantage. Nuggets have no monetary value, are not convertible into euros, are not transferable between accounts, are not refundable beyond the cases expressly provided by law, and disappear with the deletion of the account.
11. Intellectual property
The source code, the design, the illustrations, the proprietary games and the trademarks "FerrLabs" and "FerrGames" are the exclusive property of Bryan Ferrando — Entrepreneur individuel. The Customer's content (chat messages, drawings, Petit Bac proposals, …) remains the property of the Customer; the Customer grants FerrLabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and broadcast it strictly within the Service.
12. Limitation of liability
FerrLabs is bound by an obligation of means. Liability is limited to direct foreseeable damages and shall not exceed, in any case, the amounts paid by the Customer over the past 12 months. FerrLabs is not liable for indirect damages (loss of progress, loss of nuggets following an intentional account deletion, reputational harm) nor in case of force majeure.
13. Modification of terms
FerrLabs reserves the right to modify these terms. Any modification is notified to account holders by email at least 30 days before its entry into force.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille, subject to the public-order rules protecting consumers.
